Possibly: I'm assuming that you have pinworms, since you asked this question. If you do, you should be treated. He'd be unlikely to get them from you from plain old intercourse, but in the course of sexual activity, hands and tongues can wander, and contact with your anus or minute amounts of feces could cause him to ingest pinworm eggs.
