yes: If the ct is of the head, sinuses, or facial bones, then yes. The metal in the braces will create artifact which will limit visualization of the tissues near the braces.

Yes,: it will distort or obscure the imaging of the anatomy in and around the braces due to artifact caused by the metal. Potentially only head/neck/facial/sinus CTs should be affected.
