Yes there are: Zyprexa (olanzapine) is the trade name for Olanzapine so you only have 3 unique drugs listed though some would argue that brand &amp; generic named drugs are technically 2 distinct forms of chemical compounds. There are several SIGNIFICANT reactions (heart rhythm, sedation, neurological issues) that could occur with these drugs so you should talk things over with your doctor if there are concerns or side effects.

I don't know about: The odor, but the akathesia often responds well to benedryl or cogentin (benztropine). Discuss with your psychiatrist.

Generally, no: In my practice, I have never had a patient on any antipsychotic relate any kind of anal sphincter concern. They may occasionally develop constipation, which is due to a different mechanism, and no one to my knowledge has reported increased sweating.  I see that occasionally with some antidepressants. It is normal to have some residual feces after a bowel movement.  Please talk to your treating doc.

Diet more likely: A more likely cause of extra smelly flatulence and bowel movements would be in the food you eat than the antipsychotic medication you take.

Acute dystonic react: It sounds like you're having an atypical acute dystonic reaction. Usually both eyeballs are affected. This is from the combination of Haldol and the zyprexa. If you have any Benadryl (diphenhydramine) you can take 50 mg of Benadryl (diphenhydramine) now and wait until it subsides.  If it is painful however you can go to the emergency room and they will give you an injection but i would recommend that you tell them that you think you are having an acute dystonic reaction because these are not as common as they used to be.

Psych meds hair loss: Hair loss can occur rarely with prozac. After the drug is stopped it will usually grow back but there are times where it can be permanent. Haldol (haloperidol) causes hair thinning on a rare occasion. One out of every 100 to 1, 000 people on zyprexa will experience some degree of hair loss. Even over the counter drugs such as Cimetidine and ranitidine can do the same. I recommend that you discuss discuss this issue with your treatment provider and also get a dermatologic consultation.
