Complicated question: If you're not diabetic yet - then it's all about good diet and exercise.  If you are diabetic, then you still need to have good diet and exercise, but medications are also very important in controlling your sugars.  After diagnosis w/ diabetes, i like to have my patients coming in every 3-4 months to talk about management and really make sure they understand how to control their sugars.

Depends.: Alcohol is eliminated at a pretty constant rate of about 20 mg/dl per hour.  If your blood alcohol content is 80mg/dl - legally intoxicated - (about 4 beers for a 160 lb person) it will take about 3.5 hours to clear the alcohol.

Yes It Can.: While there are many causes of male impotence, known today as erectile dysfunction (ed), alcohol use is a common cause.  This type of ed has a simple treatment: do not associate alcohol use with sex. Stop drinking!  if one's ed does not resolve by stopping drinking of alcohol, make an appointment with your primary care physician.  As mentioned above, there are other causes of ed.

Nose bleed: The obvious answer is a nose bleed.  The nose is pretty complex, though.  The lining tissues if the nose and sinuses is called mucosa.  This tissue is really quite thin and can dry out, crack and bleed slightly.  The sinuses can also bleed, which can cause bloody nasal secretions or boogers.  Trauma to the nose, big or small can do it too.  Hope this helps.
