i was on zpac for sinus infection. been off it for 4 days but feel queasy, bad taste in mouth, not going away. could it be from post nasal drip/cough?

Acute sinusitis: Can be caused by vital or bacterial infection. Is a common condition, but if you have signs or symptoms that may indicate a serious infection: severe headache
confusion, double vision, stiff neck shortness of breath call your pcp.
In any case is always good to see your doctor preventing future complications.

Zithromax : Zithromax tablets can be crushed or cut to make them easier to swallow. Remember to take the recommended dose that was prescribed for you.  I can't guarantee it will taste good. Good luck.

Check with pediatric: You should check with a pediatrician, or your doctor for this.  Some medications can be secreted in breast milk and thus effect the baby.

3-10 days: You should start to feel better after you have taken the 3rd dose of zithromax, but symptoms will continue to improve a total of 10days.

A long time: A zpak is ok, however if you have chronic sinusitis you need a better antibiotic like Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) or avalox.  Sinus infections lasting longer than three months are considered chronic sinusitis and you should be evaluated  by an ent.

Maximal medical Rx: An otolaryngologist should perform a nasal endoscopy with culture of any suspicious mucus. Maximal medical therapy would consist of a 3 to 4 week course of culture-directed antibiotics, saline sinus rinses, intranasal steroids, oral steroids, and intranasal antihistamines. A post-treatment ct scan of the sinuses should then be performed.  The next step in management can thn be determined.

: While no serious drug-drug interactions are known to happen among the drugs you listed, specific side effects to each still apply and should be reconciled with your prescriber and/or pharmacist, important specifically when started a new drug. Take meds as recommended.

Maybe: Azithromycin is not first choice for sinus infections. Sinus infections are hard to treat. You might need a different antibiotic.
