Sounds ok: A person should not notice a huge difference when accidentally taking one whole 25mg pill of Zoloft, if she has been taking half of a pill each day. In general, with these lower or "starting" doses of Zoloft, no worries.

Depends: If you took only one 25 mg Zoloft, it will not have meaningful pharmacological effect. Zoloft is not a usual substance monitored in drug screens. However, given that daily dose is needed for clinical use, it should be out of your system in 5 days or less.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Potentially, yes. : This is potentially dangerous and may lead to something known as serotonin Syndrome. This can cause one to be agitated, have muscle spasm, fever, vomiting, diarrhea and other symptoms. If any of these symptoms are present an emergency room visit is warranted.  Please be careful with your medications.
