Rarely: Very rarely (.1-1% of cases in pre-marketing studies) people may develop dysphagia or esophagitis.  More commonly, dry mouth may be a side effect.  Please tell your doctor about any problems you're experiencing with your medication.

Doctor can check: New throat pain can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics are needed), a cold or influenza (antibiotics usually not used), or from some other cause such as allergies or irritants. Usually, a person sees the doctor if the sore throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away quickly (mainly to check for strep throat). Throat lozenges and Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin can help decrease throat pain.

is listerine absorbed in blood if i gargle because of a sore throat ? so, is it safe to gargle with listerine if i'm on zoloft, strattera, (atomoxetine) omega3 ?

Listerine is safe: Listerine is safe to use and can help, your sore throat.  It is not absorbed while gargling but do not swallow it.

Drink water: Take your pill with water.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

No and NO: Sertraline is an ssri used for depression and anxiety. It sounds like you need a antihistamine like zyrtec or benadryl (diphenhydramine).
