Zofran (ondansetron) dosing: As a single dose before certain chemotherapy regimes, Granisetron can be given as a single 2mg dose, and Zofran (ondansetron) as a single 24mg dose, but only for single day chemotherapy when a high amount of nausea is anticipated. Side effects may occur and you will need to discuss this with your oncologist.

Not Recommended: Boththe meds mentioned are not recommended to be used in babies.We need more information to find the cause.Vomiting in babies can be due to an infection in any part of body.or gastroenteritis,most common is feeding problem as different foods are introduced at that age.Treatment also depends on persitent vomiting or on and off vomiting.Breast or bottle feeding.Consult baby's Pediatrician what to do

Maybe: In general, zofran (ondansetron) is made for short-term usage, and if it has not gotten your symptoms under control yet, adding more is unlikely to help. If, however, it was helping and has worn off, taking one additional tablet would be okay. Again, in the short-term.
Keep in mind zofran (ondansetron) is an opiate relative, which means if you have a drug or alcohol history or a family history, it is not your best choice.

Zofran (ondansetron) 8 mg twice/da: The standard dose of Granisetron is  2 mg and that of Zofran (ondansetron) ranges from 8 mg to 12 mg once or twice per day (at one time it was as high as 32 mg per day). But with more experience we learned that lower doses work as well but not below 8 mg per day.

Vomiting: You need to take him to the emergency room. If zofran can’t control his vomiting, there must be something that is causing the vomiting that needs medical attention

Yes: This should still be effective. However if you are experiencing persistent nausea after two hours feel free to take this correctly.

Requires med checkup: Nausea and vomiting, if they persist are indicative of something serious going on in your body. To find the cause, you should visit your doctor and get a check up.
He/she will check your body especially your stomach and abdominal organs such as liver. Besides physical examination, blood tests such as liver functions and kidney function need to be tested. Upper endoscopy may also need to be done.

Not recommended: Nausea is self limited in norovirus infections. It is only severe cases that may cause dehydration and usually iv fluids for hydration help with nausea as well.
