i have a lump on my elbow next to the elbow bone and i have an uncomfortable pain in my forearm and tricep, it doesn't look like a zit or bug bite ?

Spider?: I think it is more likely a spider bite given the single lesion. Sometimes it gets very infection requiring antibiotic Rx.  You will likely find multiple bites with bed bugs.

Cosmetics: You can use a masking cosmetic such as dermablend etc  but there is no quick cure.

Honestly there is no: way to tell with that description, need photo and history of where you were recently, activities etc

Can be similar: Brown recluse bite usually doesn't hurt while the zit does. Also there is bulls eye in the center of the bite.
If not sure see a doctor. Either way, if it's a bite you might need proper wound care as the center of the bite will become dead and leave a temporary hole in the skin. So good wound care is important.

Go see your doctor: If your cheek is swollen, you might have an infection  which would require antibiotics to settle down. But an examination by a doctor is essential before you get into more trouble with your lump.I would not delay this more than a day or two or you may be better off going to an emergency room although that is an expensive way of handling your problem which can be managed if you go to an outpatient.

Several possibilitie: Could be an ingrown hair, a boil, or a pimple. If it doesn't resolve in a week or continues to enlarge see a physician.

: The inside of the nostril is a very sensitive area and the medicine for pimples should not be placed on that sensitive area. If it is not going away, see a dermatologist for treatment. Good luck!
