Zn and thyroid: Zn deficiency usually only occurs with a malabsorption syndrome (e.g. inflammatory bowel disease, gastric bypass) or from a poor diet, or in underdeveloped countries.  A TSH of 7 with an enlarged thyroid sounds like early Hashimoto's thyroiditis;  TPO antibodies could be measured.  Some people with a TSH of 7 have no symptoms, but some need to receive thyroid hormone replacement.

Look Simple First: Stress can cause hair loss. You listed a lot of tests, but few basic ones. Iron def is an often overlooked cause and may be one the most common. You don't have to have anemia but low iron, simp blood test. Preg or early preg loss. OCPs. Menopause. Thyroid dz. Other B vit def. (biotin). Sig wt loss. PCOS. Meds. Low estrogen.  In male pat levels not always high. consid bx. Basic w/u 1st. PCP 1st.

Photoallergic: Paradoxically, some ingredients in sunscreen other than titanium or zinc can cause an allergic reaction after interacting with sunlight.  You may need to find an alternative with different ingredients. Another possibility is that you are taking a drug which make you sensitized to the sun and thus hives only at exposed areas.

See a doctor: Sore throat and neck ache and headaches could be associated with a number of potentially dangerous illnesses that may need antibiotics to treat. See your doctor who may send cultures and prescribe antibiotics if needed.

PTU (propylthiouracil) and liver : Drugs like ptu (propylthiouracil) and Methimazole can cause liver toxicity but hyperthyroidism can also cause elevation int the liver enzyme test you had done. If your still early in your treatment and your thyroid hormone levels (free t4) is still high it could be that. Hope this helps.

Thyroid med: Hypothyroidism can be treated with thyroid hormone replacement.  If the diagnosis was made correctly, you most likely will need to take the pill lifelong.

Yes: collagen supplement is not a contraindicated with hypothyroidism. The question why are you taking collagen supplement . collagen is provided amply in the diet if you eat animal protein.
