MRI of neck: At this point an MRI would probably be useful.  The MRI visualizes the spinal nerves and will tell if you do have a " pinched nerve."

Probably not: They can both be caused by the same process (ie, osteoarthritis) but they are not directly related.

i have terrible back, rib and hip pain. i can only see the neuro surgeon end jun due to waiting period with m/aid. can i take 400mg celebrex p/day?

You can, but: this is the maximum dose, you want to start at a lower dose, and you don't want to take it all that long without doctor's supervision, besides it may interact with other medicines you are taking, you may want to check/ call your primary doctor for information and follow up, wish you wellness

YES; however it can: cause stomach irritation: must be taken on a full stomach AND protect your stomach with at least 1 tablet ofPrilosec OTC ( 20mg)/day. Doses shoould be 8-12 hours apart.

Need more workup: Have you been checked for hepatitis or blood disorders like leukemia? These generally can be ruled out by pretty simple tests. You need to discuss your issues with your doctor. In my opinion if they continue to be at a loss, maybe you need to see another doctor.

finished 10 day course of levaquin yesterday. yesterday started having horrible leg cramps & hip pain. today shoulder pain started. from meds??

Not medicine: What did you need the Levaquin for?
While quinolone antibiotics can affect tendons and cause premature ligament disruption that is not what you describe.
See your physician again, something else is causing the problems.

Maybe.: X-rays have miss rates where the finding isn't detected or can't be seen.  X-rays are not very sensitive for soft tissue injuries such as ligaments or discs. MRI is more sensitive for soft tissue injury and may show marrow  or structure changes from fractures..  CT or nuclear medicine bone scan may show missed fractures, not seen or visible on x-ray.  X-ray remains a good screening tool.

Left Side Pain: Have you had your back checked?  All this sounds like it may stem from the nerves from the spine.  I would see an orthopod spine specialists or neurologist.
