???: Just goes to show you can't believe everything you read/see on the internet.  Stretching exercises do not help make you taller.  This is true.  Now, in a few instances, boys may still have a little growth left in their early college years.  This is a matter of genetics and a fact that their growth plates may not have completely fused.  Most guys/ and essentially all girls are done by 20.

Won't do any good: In asthma, the major issue is obstruction of the airways bringing air to your lungs.  An ambu bag won't do anything for you- you need to control the obstruction.

Ask Doc: Ask your doctor to see if can be simplified as they should give calculation or his nurse.
40mg per 5 ml,therefore 
each mil is =8mg,
therefore 35/8= 4.375 ml
