when i passed urine about 2 weeks ago, i noticed a white watermelon looking seed covered in a reddish substance in urine the urine was yellow and i had no pain. i drank watermelon juice about 2 days prior to that what could this be and is it serious?

: What you described does not add up. You could not have passed a watermelon seed in your urine. If you have concern you should see your doctor who could arrange to get your urine tested.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. 
Get HPV vaccine.

i ate watermelon last afternoon and next day i noticed red color in my stool few parts were red and few were yellow is it normal? i have also been experiencing mild stomach ache sometimes it becomes normal and sometimes it started again?

: Watermelon will not make your stool red. If the pain and red stool persists it is best to get examined by your MD to find cause.

Yellow tea is: Healthy.  It is a form of green tea. Like white tea, the yellow tea is picked in early spring.  The leaves contain antioxidant polyphenols.

Yes: The stools that you are describing probably mean that you are not properly absorbing some of the fats in your diet. This could mean that you are not absorbing certain nutrients either. Having your doctor order stool tests for fecal fat would confirm this. Although mal-absorbtion of fats could be associated with ibs, you need to be evaluated to rule out other problems first.

Uric acid : Watermelon is alkaline fruit . It has high water content . As such it can dilute and neutralize the acidity of uric acid . Watermelon is rich in vitamin c , vitamin a , vitamin b6, b1, potassium and magnesium .Watermelon has no uric acid . As such it should be useful natural remedy for  uric acid to some extent.
