Nutrition: I agree w dr. Wright. One slice of watermelon (or 2 cups) has 1.1 gram of fiber. Watermelon is a source of vitamins a, b1, b2, b6, c, e & k, niacin, folate (folic acid) & pantothenic acid. Watermelon is a source of potassium. Phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, copper , zinc & iron.
