ENT doctor can check: For a spot in the nostril that doesn't heal, people usually try otc neosporin cream (neomycin and polymyxin b). If that doesn't work, the primary care doctor may do a culture to see what bacteria are there, and may use prescription bactroban ointment. If it still doesn't heal or if it comes back, the ENT doctor can check it out to be sure it is not something really bad.

i saw a yellow lump appear on my vagina lips for the past 6 months, but there's no pain at all. why does this appear on the wall of vagina lips?

Glands.: Since there are many glands in the vulvar region, it is likely that what you are seeing as "bumps" are actually simply enlarged hypertrophic glands. The lack of pain indicates this is the likely diagnosis. See a gynecologist or dermatologist for an examination to ensure it is nothing more serious.

Fracture?: Sounds like it's probably a bad bruise.  However, I would go for an xray to evaluate for a possible fracture.  Otherwise use pain control and intermittent ice.

i am experiencing  thick saliva or mucus in the back of my mouth where the wall of the throat is. it's been going on for 2 months, no coughing, no colds, just yellow mucus which could possibly the reason why i have yellow snot (not wet) in my nose.

Allergies.: That sounds like allergies.  Nasal congestion, runny nose, cough, post-nasal drop, headache, facial pains and earache can be triggered by fragrances, dust mites (sweeping the floor), grass, trees, pets, environmental molds and such.  There are outdoor and indoor allergens.  See a doctor soon, here or locally, as there are medications that may help.

Go back to doctor: This may be viral, or possibly a rare bacterial cause of pharyngitis other than group a strep.  You may need a throat culture, or perhaps just some reassurance but you should certainly have this re-examined.  Hope you are better soon.

Some reasons: If your sclera is brown , you need only to worry if you have jaundice which could be sign liver disease , gall bladder disease or excessive breakdown of your red blood cells ( hemolysis ) . I would like you to see the bottom part of your tongue , your urine , your nail . If any of those mentioned are yellow , talk to your doc.
