As : As you are having yellow vaginal discharge and cramping, you need a pelvic exam to rule out infection.  As you are concerned about pregnancy please take a test, and if you don't get your period in 2-3 days retake the test.  But because of your cramping and discharge you do need an evaluation.  If you develop pain, fever, or vomiting, then you would need to be seen as an emergency.

Rule out std: Vaginal discharge can occur in any female which can be associated with color change, odor or itching. At 15 yo  on 7th month of BCP with greenish vaginal discharge, there is a need proper evaluation.
Please see the doctor for diagnosis and management as follows:1. Pregnancy test. 2. Wet mount for yeast, Trichomonas  or bacterial vaginosis. 3. Check for Chlamydia and gonorrhea.

Other possible causes could be infection,  hormonal imbalances, fibroids, polyps, and cancer.
