Some reasons: If your sclera is brown , you need only to worry if you have jaundice which could be sign liver disease , gall bladder disease or excessive breakdown of your red blood cells ( hemolysis ) . I would like you to see the bottom part of your tongue , your urine , your nail . If any of those mentioned are yellow , talk to your doc.

Okay: It will not do any harm. It will pass in stool in a day or two.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

See Doc: Tough to say without physically examining you.  The yellow areas may be food particles that get stuck in 'tonsilar Crypts.'  they may be a type of pus/discharge from an infectious origin.  See your Doc and they can determine what the areas are and see if you need any treatment.

No: These are benign vascular skin lesions in older folks most common on the midsection.  They do not hurt unless irritated externally.
