See Doc: Tough to say without physically examining you. The yellow areas may be food particles that get stuck in 'tonsilar Crypts.' they may be a type of pus/discharge from an infectious origin. See your Doc and they can determine what the areas are and see if you need any treatment. Bet wishes.
