Multiple issues: If you missed more than two periods, it is time to see your doctor. Yeast infection is another reason to get tested and be screened for diabetes also. Metallic taste may be due to oral hygiene issues or nutritional causes. All of these items warrant that you see a doctor.

It : It would be reasonable to take a repeat pregnancy test in that situation.  Taking it with your first morning urine can be helpful, as that is when the urine is most concentrated.  Ask your pharmacist for the most accurate test that is also easy to read.  If your symptoms persist, it would be reasonable to consult your physician.

Trust the test: A pregnancy test can detect a bhcg of about 20. Your bhcg roughly doubles every 48 hours. Let's say the first day you took it you were barely pregnant with a level of 19. 48 hours later your bhcg would be 38 which is way above the level for a urine pregnancy test to detect it. Home tests work really well and can be trusted. Repeat and if negative then you are not pregnant.

Pregnancy: It usually takes a month or so after a miscarriage to regain your normal cycle. 
So it would be unlikely that you are pregnant immediately. Nevertheless it is possible that you ovulated sooner.
