Might not be yeast: A yeast infection most often causes itching and a cuddly white vaginal discharge. A tear or open cut might be herpes. It would be best if you have a doctor look at it and possibly run some tests.

Irritation: Severe skin infections can leave excoriations. 

Using a paste like boudreauxs butt paste which will be in the diaper rash area can be used to coat the skin and give some relief. The boric acid in the paste can help with yeast as well. Use a panty liner tho as it can be messy.

Keep clean: Keep area clean and dry.  You can try an over the counter yeast medication but if no improvement or worsening of symptoms then see a doctor.

i cut my vagina while shaving.. its been about 2 hours and im still having light bleeding it didnt bleed a bunch but it bleed i have a yeast infection so do i have to worry about that spreading into the cut? what should i do?

Cut: Continue to apply intermittent pressure and this bleeding will stop.  Treat your yeast infection. The risk for some type of blood born yeast infection from the cut is very remote unless you are immunocompromised in some way.

The : The best thing to do would be to see your healthcare provider and have an examination and cultures.  They might just be reactionary, but it is best to have cultures to be sure it isn't an infectious type of rash.  If you have pain, fever, or discharge then you must be seen immediately.
