Yeast medication: Fluconazole will not always treat  yeast infections. You will need to see an Obgyn to have the discharge retested and determine if yeast is the cause. If so alternative medications can be considered. If another cause is found then proper medication can be given

Doctor can evaluate: Plan B can alter the menstrual bleeding for the cycle in which Plan B was taken, and sometimes the next cycle too. One should be sure to check a home pregnancy test about 3 weeks after sex, because Plan B works most of the time, but not all the time. A primary care or Ob-Gyn doctor can evaluate to see why the other vaginal symptoms are happening, and check for infections.

See a doctor: Yeast can itch but usually no odor, and any discharge usually is scant and white. Colored discharge (yellow, tan, etc) suggests infection, such as an STD (gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomonas), although STDs are uncommon at your age. Odor can go along with bacterial vaginosis, i.e. overgrowth of normal bactera, or trichomonas. You need professional exam and treatment advice; see a doctor. Good luck!

Vaginal Discharge: Yellow discharge can occur from issues, including infections, not related to sex.  Women can develop abnormal discharge from imbalances of yeast or bacteria naturally living in the vagina. Also, products such as forgotten tampons or accidental small pieces of toilet paper can enter the vagina &amp; cause discharge. I recommend a visit to your PCP or GYN  for an exam &amp; tests to check for infections.

Vaginitis: Vaginitis could be caused due to changes in normal bacteria (bacterial vaginosis), yeast infections, or trichomoniasis. Only the later is sexually transmitted. Clinical findings may suggest a particular diagnosis. A pelvic exam and some testing would be needed for further evaluation. Empiric therapy should be avoided because of frequent misdiagnosis and inappropriate therapy.
