Probably not: Manna would last only one day; by the next morning, "it became infested with maggots and stank." (exodus 16:20) ... Maybe moses changed his mind about keeping it around. Not necessarily: The species of yeast causing common yeast allergy is very different from the red yeast species. They are in different genera. That said, characterization of yeast species is fluid because the yeast phase of the mold is very different from the mycelial stage - two phases of the fungal life cycle. Best advice is to discuss this question with the allergist who tested you for yeast allergy.

No: A gluten allergy is made worse by eating bread ie pizza crust.  Blood tests and endoscopic tests are used to determine if one is gluten-allergic (celiac disease).

Sure it's allergy?: Be sure that you truly have an allergy before you try to avoid yeast.  Best bet is to see a board certified allergist for evaluation.  If you are truly allergic to yeast, you should probably avoid breads, wine and beer that contain yeast (brewer's or baker's).
