Your first ally should be your primary care provider, but an endocrinologist will be very helpful. Most men benefit from hormone testing and treatment. See a clinical geneticist to understand what happened and what else you can do.

No: Large hips are not part if this disorder. Many with klinefelter's can develop breast tissue because of low testosterone levels from testicular failure, but this is treatable by giving testosterone to those with this disorder.  Other symptoms may include tall stature and learning disabilities. Some also have behavior problems.

Not likely,,: It appears that you have a high prolactin which could be from a tumor in your pituitary blocking Dopamine release or stress or drugs or conditions like chronic renal failure.  In XXY syndromes, fsh and lh are high from less ability to produce testosterone, which is low to low normal.  So judging from your prolactin test, it would not be productive to get this test as the issue is likely elsewhere.
