Better test avail.: It is not used these days because the APTT (activated partial thromboplatiin time) is more accurate to measure coagulation problems in the intrinsic pathway.

Better tests: Clotting time is not a useful assay due to its insensitivity. Prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time tests are more useful.

Repeat test: If you have missed your period, repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Fungus infection?: Allergy? Use otc hydrocortisone cream and lotrimin (clotrimazole) cream. If not better see your doctor.

: These are well within the normal range and the variation is not significant. Tests done hours apart can also vary to a similar degree as a function of the testing equipment.

i am experiencing headaches everyday and have joints pain on both my wrists, no injury sustained on them or anything, i have tried rubbing with dr lee for a week and not better. any idea what could cause this?

See your Dr.: Headaches and Joint pains are both very non specific symptoms. It would be a good idea to see a doctor who can do a thorough exam, check your vital signs and order some labs to see if there is any systemic problem that is causing these.
