Drinking at least 8  8 ounce glasses per day is important for both hydration and weight control. Try to get in whole foods (fiber) as well as 5 servings of vegetables and 4 servings of fruit per day. Physical activity is essential.  Aim for at least 30 minutes of aerobic.

Possibilities...: It could be that your medicine is from a different company and that is why the pills look different. But, to be certain, you should bring the pills back to your pharmacist and have them checked. Often, if the pharmacist knows the pills look different than previously, this will be noted on the bottle of pills. So, check the bottle carefully-see if the pills are described on the label. Color of stool : Usually depends on what you have eaten but can depend on the health of your organs too. If you have not had a physical lately it would be a good idea bringing your concerns upto the doc.

Dermatologist: I think you should Consult a dermatologist as soon as possible as palm involvement can be seen in serious medical diseases including secondary syphilis. Your rash isn't characteristic of pityriasis rosea.

Risk factors include sitting/immobility for a long time, blood clotting disorder, pregnancy/birth control pills, smoking, being overweight, and many others. If you think you have dvt, go to emergency room right away.

Can: Menstrual cycles tend to be lighter on birth control, but can vary person to person.  The effects on bleeding may also not be as pronounced the first few cycles that the pills are being used.
