i fell off my bed last night and hurt my wrist. went to bed to try and sleep it off, woke up in more pain. cant move it at all, definitely cant get off my lofted bed to go to the health center, and my roommate has class so shes gone. what do i do?

Need evaluation.: I hate to say it, but you really need to get evaluated soon. If he fell off of a raised bed and your wrist is hurting to the point where you can’t move it, there may be a fracture. You really, really need some x-rays.

what could my night wrist pain be? i have pain in my wrist that i only experience while sleeping (it wakes me) but i feel wrist stiffness throughout the entire day. i'm 23 years old and in good health. what could this be?

This : This sounds possibly like a condition called carpal tunnel syndrome. There is a nerve that runs through your wrist called the median nerve. When the tendons and ligaments around the nerve become inflammed or compressed they can press on this nerve and cause pain in the wrist and/or hand. This condition is common in people who use their hands frquently throughout the day( i.E musicians, mechanics, people who write or use computers frquently etc.) 
through a history a directed physical your doctor will be able to diagnose this or another problem and provide appropriate treatment.
 In the meantime you can buy a wrist splint and wear it at night while sleeping, take over the counter anti-inflammatory medications, and stretching your wrist in the morning before getting out of bed.

Wouldn't worry: A goal in life is to live happily without worrying about all the things that might kill you. Usually, the ill effects of the traces of harmful things in life cause less harm than the worrying causes. So, as they say, "Don't sweat the small stuff." California requires signs everywhere (really, on everything) that tell us everything causes cancer. Smoking is bad, but wouldn't worry about third hand.

It's a Myth: I am not an advocate of smoking and there are lot's of reason to quit smoking but "Second Hand Smoke" is not one of them. The expression "second-hand smoke" is a very effective piece of anti-smoking propaganda used all the time by public health officials and physicians yet there is absolutely no scientific evidence to support it's existence.  It's logical to conclude but not proven in any study.

No: But your level of anxiety concerns me.  Virtually everyone on the planet has been exposed to second hand smoke, whether they know it or not.  We should all try to minimize our exposure, but single exposure to second hand smoke would have no detectable effects on anybody, other than perhaps someone with a severe allergy to tobacco smoke, or where it sets off their asthma. A counselor might help you.

Increased Illness: The effect of second hand smoke on children is well documented.It has proportionally greater effect on the younger children where it can double or triple the risk of respiratory disease.(ear & sinus infections, bronchitis, pneumonia)the effect is seen even at low smoke levels such that a chronic smoker would not be able to smell the smoke.Problems skyrocket if they smoke with kids present.

Very unlikely: that you would develop health problems with that limited exposure, unless you are an uncontrolled asthmatic, you may suffer some cough or shortness of breath, best wishes

Very much so: Especially when you are sensitive to it, or you are suffering from asthma or allergic to many things .
