Different causes: The medial elbow pain experienced in the funny elbow could be an ulnar neuropathy, or a medial epicondylitis.  This will depend on other symptoms that might be experienced.  If nerve problem, then numbness and weakness also present.

The wrist pain could be referred from elbow or a separate problem.  "Small round bone" is not an accurate description of pain location so I cant be specific on causes

Wrist drop: This must have been quite a fracture. What was the treatment at the time of the fracture? Did you have surgery or not? Yes definitely get the nerve checked and repaired if possible - its already been 4 months.

This is associated: With a brachial plexus injury, not a cranial nerve injury. This is usually associated with the posterior cord in the brachial plexus or radial nerve downstream, occasionally a c7/8 nerve lesion can cause this but the wrist drop is not usually as isolated.

Wrist drop: If you are holding your forearm horizontally level, and your wrist and hand are relaxed, wrist drop would be that you are unable to lift your hand to an upward pointing position by itself.  Happens in radial nerve problems.

See a physiatrist: If the nerve is trapped (and not severed), it will take several months for it to return to normal.  Physician therapy may help to maintain the integrity of the muscles in that arm during the recovery period

Unilateral : Unilateral cataracts are usually sporadic events which means that they happen for no known reason.  Sometimes they can be attributed to intrauterine infection (such as from rubella), trauma, or abnormality of the structure of the eye, but most of the time no one knows why cataracts happen.  Bilateral cataracts can be caused by genetic diseases, so children with cataracts in each eye should be seen and worked up by a geneticist.

The best treatment is surgery to remove the lens affected by the cataract.  The extent of the surgery and her vision afterwards depends on where on the lens and how big her cataract is.  Her ophthalmologist who has examined her will be able to give you a better idea of what to expect.

hi, i woke up one morning with left arm numbness from the elbow down with hand weakness and wrist drop.  my doctor ordered a head ct and neck mri to rule out anything life threatening.  it turned out to be saturday night palsy.  how long to recover?

Palsy: Even though the initial nerve damage is serious, the palsy generally heals within several weeks. Treatment involves resting the injured nerve often by wearing a splint. I believe that a neurologist should direct your care and dictate when to start proper physical therapy.
