Fibroids: Symptoms will depend on the size and location of the fibroids. Many women have few or no symptoms. The pain you have described could be related. If the pain persists in this manner, I would recommend following up with your physician for an exam, including urinalysis,  and an ultrasound.

Maybe normal: All of this depends on where you are in the menstrual cycle. If you are near the time for your period then a thickened endometrial lining would be expected as well as a change in vaginal discharge right before your cycle and pms symptoms. A symptom diary where you track your cycles and symptoms can be very helpful to your doctor to figure out if this is normal or not.

GYN: Get checked for pregnancy and hormonal dysfunction: this could represent a hormonal surge causing severe breakthrough bleeding or a spontaneous abortion if not using BC.

The adenomyosis: Adenomyosis is endometriosis in the walls of the uterus.  That can cause the symptoms you describe.  It is also associated with endometriosis itself, which would add to the symptoms you experience.

See doctor: You need see doctor if cramping and bleeding with clots continue after you miscarried. Chances are that you may need D&C procedure to stop bleeding and cramping. You may buy pregnancy test test but it does not make any sense  after you miscarried.

Anovulation: Most likely a cycle where the ovary fails to let loose an egg.  These self-normalize.  To be safe, take a home pregnancy test.  If it persists, see your doctor.

Possible: Depending on how rough, you may have acquired some bruising in your vagina/cervix etc, causing pain that may feel like the menstrual discomfort you get.
