i already workout at least an hour a day & eat right! but i naturally have a big butt. i know nothing may completely get rid of it, but will anything else help?

All of our bodies: Are unique with different shapes. Exercises to tone your butt include plie, dumbell squats, squat w kick-back, single leg front raises, toe taps, clock lunge, step ups w knee raise, lunge jumps ; squat jumps.  One option is plastic surgery if you are unhappy with your buttocks.

Curls/ triceps: If you really just want to get 'big guns fast' start doing 3 sets of biceps curls a day( 6-10 reps). You  can add triceps extensions also w/ dumbbell(s), also 3 sets . This should give u a jumpstart on your arms.Rest on odd days to avoid overuse. Best of Luck!

Sure : You can use all sort of weights to help strengthen, build, and maintain muscle.  The most important thing is proper lifting techniques and to gradually work your way up to heavier weights.  Also remember to add cardio to your routine.

If only that easy!!!: Don't waste your money on 'fat burners', laxatives, 'cleansers', or anything else that promises an easy way to lose weight. Short of surgery, drop &amp; keep fat off by regular exercise &amp; making healthy food choices (avoid junk food &amp; sugary drinks, watch portion size, moderate alcohol). Abdominal exercises will tone your muscles &amp; improve your core strength, but alone will not achieve your goal.

Tricky at age 17: often a growth spurt works everything out so I am reluctant to recommend doing anything.
cannot say in your particular case, but generally, the fat distribution isnt changeable.
