Probably best: That you take it a bit easy, as fluoroquinolones, the antibiotic class of levofloxacin, is associated with tendon problems including rare achillles tendon ruptures.  But if your are taking an antibiotic, it tells me you have some infection requiring treatment, and that independent of the antibiotic you are taking, you should be resting - though I wouldn't encouraged bed rest either.

Medications: The only advice here is that working out should not occur if you are feverish or have been advised to rest.  I often have my patients define for me the word 'rest'…which means to not work. I also include 'to not work out'. 

But, antibiotics in and of themselves would not limit you to working out or not.

Resuming normal: activities is determined by how you feel now.  (There's no specific length of time.)  If your symptoms are gone (don't now what you were treated for), you're feeling, eating &amp; sleeping well, then you can resume working out.  I suggest half max at first and work up to normal routine over the next few days or week.  Drink plenty of fluids.  Stay well!  Dr. Anne

my husband has a lot of blood in his urine, some pain in testicles.he has some antibiotics, should he take them until he sees dr he is 30 in good shape, working out of town until friday night so can't get to the doctor.  never had blood in urine before. n

No, : No, he should not take left over antibiotics prior to seeing the doctor. Antiobiotics are prescribed based on an infection and are only effective against the infection it was meant for.
Too, it is crucial that a full course of antibiotics be taken as failure to do so will put him at risk for infection of 'superbugs' that are resistant to antibiotics. (having said that, no one should have left over antibiotics since they are supposed to take the full regimen. If your doctor discontinues antibiotics, throw the rest away).

Blood in urine could occur as a result of trauma or a medical condition. Throughout the genitilia, there are many areas and blood vessels that could be broken, leading to blood in the urine or semen. 
Items that could cause trauma and blood in the urine could be aggressive sex or masterbation, interrupted sex, kidney stones, prostatitis or a procedural biopsy on the testicles/kidney/bladder. 
Medical conditions that can cause blood in the urine include: side effects of blood thinners, stds such as chlamydia/genital herpes/warts, prostate cancer or bladder cancer. 
It is suggested that he see his doctor to determine what the cause is. If there is an infection or trauma going on, it is important to get it assessed.

It depends: What is being treated, is it the right drug, are the bugs resistent, the health of the patient and other factors.   No short answer.
