i'm a really smart kid. i notice i can't do cross words or puzzles and even bubble in multiple choice!? all things i was very good at!  not normal ?

Learning Challenges: If you are having challenges w crosswords, puzzles, you might have a learning difference. Some people have problems processing information although they are bright. Test anxiety can make it very difficult to succeed in multiple choice tests. Local community college counseling dept can help you sort out your learning styles. Don't give up- albert einstein, thomas edison also had learning problems!

Yes  and no: It is used in orthopedic to dsecripe the status of the bone.
A bone fracture is a medical condition in which there is a break in the continuity of the bone.

Develop Scripts: One way to deal with "not knowing what to say" is to develop templates or scripts.  Another thing you can do is create 5 to 7 questions you will ask another person when you meet, such as, "where did you grow up?" or "what do you do in your spare time"?
       If you focus on learning about the other person and get them to talk about themself, it takes the focus off you.

Varies: I don't think there is an exact answer.  The child would need to be able to manipulate the pieces.  I think by 18 months, most children could do some easy shapes with help.  Younger children might be able to do them and then some 2 year olds might have frustration with them.  So try them and if they are too frustrating, then wait about 6 months and try again.

Speech dev & toddler: A 21 month old can have anywhere from 5- 20 words or more. Speech development however has multiple facets to it and environment plays a role too. So it would be best to ask his/her pediatrician if you are concerned.

Resistant muscle: Spasticity is complex: it is an increase in muscle resistance, typically more noticeable when a muscle is placed on stretch quickly (it is "velocity-dependent"), creating stiffness/tightness. If untreated it can lead to rigidity or contractures. It is seen most commonly in injuries/illnesses affecting the spinal cord and/or brain. Treatment includes stretching, positioning, bracing, and medication.
