Get seen: While it may be just migraines, your constellation of symptoms warrant a closer evaluation.  Please get seen ASAP.

i have been struggling with breathing for a few days, felt dizzy and get headaches if i do too much. i also have been getting crippling stomach pains and been feeling sick. my eyes sting a bit in the light. any ideas? thanks!

Weight loss : Are you losing any weight if you are you need to be under the care of a doctor. As far as your stomach crippling pain, is it with all the food or with a specific food. If with specific food only try to get some calories through the food that it does not bother you . If all the food make sure you do not have a gallbladder problem , that is the simplest thing or a problem to the circulation to UR GI

Reflux: Bleeding gastritis or inflamed lower esophagus could account for these things.

Not enough info!: How long has this been going on?  If if ha been for more than a few days, you need to get seen and examined. There are lots of possibilities some serious, some minor.  It will take a visit to your doc with an exam and the appropriate testing to sort out what's going on. If you started taking any new supplements or vitamins or over-the-counter meds before this started stop.

Gas: Sounds like a lot of gas. You maybe swallowing a lot of air when you eat or maybe eating too much or just developing too much gas. You can try simethicone over the counter to help with excessive gas. If you have heartburn try mylanta or maalox.

woke up this morning feeling dizzy,my stomach pain is worse than ever. only ate a bowl of cereal and a few chips. no water. what to do? a bit worried.

Dizzy: You are probably dehydrated.  Drink 3 8 oz glasses of water and reassess.  You should be drinking 8 , 8 oz glasses of water a day.  Avoid soda or pop.  You could be also coming down with a virus or a common cold.  If this is the case get plenty of sleep and eat as well as you can while drinking as water as I said above.  Good luck!

Pregnant with twins: First of all congratulations !    You should expect some back pain. Dizziness may be due to anemia, low blood sugar or low BP. At some point in your pregnancy the weight of the twins may cause pressure on the major vains in your abdomen when you lay down interfering with the return of blood to the heart causing dizziness. 
Typically lying on one side will relieve this problem. Get checked out.

Abdominal pain: While a stomach bug could give you these symptoms, i would suggest going to the emergency room if the symptoms do not significantly improve.  The abdominal symptoms could be seen with appendicitis, gall bladder problems and pancreatitis.
