Consult your gynecologist very soon.

Yes: Yes, a female has another opening besides the urethra -- it&#x27;s called the vagina and is between the urethra and anus. In some cases it can be very narrow or even absent.  In some cultures there may even have been certain procedures done which close or obstruct the vagina. I don&#x27;t know how old you are, but seeing your physician or ob-gyn would be a good idea.  S/he can examine and advise you.

: A "small hole" developing as described would be very unusual and you need an exam. Any explanation would otherwise be completely speculative, and the abdominal discomfort and hysterectomy are not obviously related given such limited information.

Irritation: The urethra can be irritated from other types of infections, from irritation after intercourse or foreplay, or from allergic type reactions to bath soaps, salts, etc.  Your doctor should be able to evaluate you for these.
