Unless you are a strict vegetarian, pregnant, on a restricted diet,  are currently fighting cancer or some other illness, or have a definite proven deficiency, they are only good for the sellers.  Save your money and get a gym membership for best results

My female patients typically read more about medicines i prescribe or a diagnosis i make, than their male counterparts.
