Possible yes: of course; it is happening to you.  Throat and ear muscles and innervation are connected so you can experience crossover.  Esophagus is a continuation of throat and it does go through the chest, so if it is in spasm you could also have related chest pain.  However, this is not a safe way to learn what is actually happening to you.  You should discuss this &amp; all associated symptoms with clinician.

Allergy or infection: It's hard to determine the cause of your problems. More history is required. You're either developing an upper respiratory tract reaction or you may be suffering from an allergy or anaphylaxis. If you are experiencing shortness of breath or throat construction or tongue swelling please call an ambulance as it may be life threatening otherwise go your nearest urgency care clinic for examination

The chest pain is: unlikely to be cardiac from your description. There are other potential causes that cannot be evaluated over the internet. If the discomfort persists it would be reasonable to see a health care provider for evaluation. You could get the "cold" treated at the same time.

Viral illness?: It's impossible to say what you have without examining you, but the combination of pain with breathing, sore throat, and pain in ear suggests a viral upper respiratory illness. Rest, fluids, ibuprofen and a tincture of time are the usual treatment for a viral URI.

She should not drive herself (safer by ambulance). If it turns out not to be myocarditis, heart attack symptoms, or anxiety attack symptoms, the ER will also have checked for problems such as a collapsed lung or a pneumonia.
