Your : Your post is confusing, especially the part about "dermail".  Nevertheless, this sound like a skin infection that may require antibiotics. As you stated it could also be an insect bite, but again it sounds infected. You should see your physician as soon as possible for a diagnosis and plan of management.

Contact Peds ASAP: Eye infections in babies can be very serious, and swelling in the face could indicate cellulitis (infection spreading into the face).  Please contact your pediatrician immediately regarding this, as antibiotics may be immediately necessary.  Also take note that this can be highly contagious, even to adults.

try to take allergy medicine like zyrtec or Benadryl (diphenhydramine) at night since it could make you drowsy
if persistent you might need to see ENT specialist
some people benefit from saline nasal spray, some suggest local honey from your local farmer market 
you could place some ice on your forehead keep you head up while sleeping.
