i took low dose iron supplements for about a month, before realizing they were doing more harm to my body than good, as i'm not actually anemic. i'm a week off of them now and experiencing weird symptoms. are these withdrawals, or just psychosomatic?

Not necessarily: Taper off of it with your doc's supervision. If you have side effects that are uncomfortable for you, tell your doc and the rate of taper can be slowed so you don't have any symptoms that are unpleasant.  Since you were not on it long, severe symptoms are unlikely and any symptoms will likely not last long.  However, you are being treated for a mood problems, and you might not feel great from that

i take 1/2 a clonazepam in morning and at night 0.5 mg pill will i develop a tolerance where it won't work and will i get withdrawal symptoms?

Yes: Clonazepam which is a benzodiazepene, can cause a withdrawal syndrome similar to alcohol withdrawal. You can also build a tolerance to it as you take it on a consistent long term basis. That is why physicians are moving to other medications such as SSRI's for long term maintenance treatment if anxiety and using benzodiazepines as short term agents.

Need to be specific: You need to be more specific about  your symptoms--My initial thought  would be that these may not be withdrawal symptoms, but excess accumulation of serotonin or one of the other neurotransmitters,  A virtual consult would probably be more helpful for your situation.

What's in them: The problem with OTC supplements is that there are no FDA requirements.  One does not know exactly what is in them nor how much.  It may possibly help, but who knows.  If you are buying them at a pharmacy, ask the pharmacist.  S/he may know.

How much & how long?: A single pill, once daily, will not likely cause  withdrawal, but  could cause insomnia for a few nights.  Two, three, or more pills daily and  withdrawal will have  two parts:  1) anxiety, restlessnes, insomnia, maybe sweating & tremor; 2) nausea, loose stools, drooling, perhaps vomiting, abdominal cramps, diarrhea.  Your doctor can help you devise a tapering plan that is comfortable and safe.
