Pharmacy: Very harsh and extremely drying on the skin. It is actually used for hemorrhoids.

Witch Hazel: is not ONLY DRYING it's IRRITATING!....

You need to consult with your PCP about ways to treat your anal fissure. SITZ baths in hot (but not BURNING)Water may help the discomfort!

No: Leave the marks alone. By doing what you proposed, you risk making matters worse. Time will address the issue, in the mean time use make up judiciously.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

: The most effective treatment for boils depends on their size, but for most would be surgical opening and drainage. Skin tags, again depend on size. Some can be destroyed by application of chemicals; some can be tied of to remove their blood supply after which they drop off.

No: Skin tags are benign, noncancerous growths that typically grow in folds of the body (neck, underarm, groin, under the breast).  They are not dangerous but can get rubbed and irritated.  If you are concerned about a growth on your body, you should see a dermatologist to make sure it is indeed a skin tag.  Sometimes other growths such as skin cancer can look like skin tags.

In all honesty...: ...I discourage people from doing this because of risk of bleeding, infections and scarring. That said, if you're going to do it anyway, clean the skin and a very sharp pair of small nail scissors with alcohol, and snip them off. Big ones can bleed quite a lot, so let your doc do those. An old folk remedy is to tie thread around them, but that seldom works. Otc "paint on" products are worthless.

Skin tags: Skin tags (acrochordons) are benign skin growths that are somewhat familial (genetic) and tend to occur in skin folds. We see more as people age and, naturally, in overweight people because of the skin folds. Problematic ones are treated with simple excision under local anesthesia.
