No it won't: Plan B stops ovulation it will not interfere with an already established pregnancy. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available  at any pharmacy.  Do this first before you start making plans

Not recommended: Plan b's side effect is delayed period; however, you should not be using it to stop having periods, as that is not its indication for use.  Talk to your doctor about using standard birth control pills in a manner that would stop periods.

: Yes. Hormones in Plan B do alter the hormonal balance and upset the usual rhythm of a menstrual cycle.

With regular birth control pills, we ask that you give yourself 3mo to get used to pill. Obviously, Plan B is just one time pill but you'll need to wait for it work itself out. See your doc or go to ER if feeling weak, lightheaded, faint etc

Normal: these are normal side effects of Plan B. I suggest that you see your GYN for definitive BC and have your partner use condoms. Plan B should ONLY be used as emergency contraception. Buy condoms and spermicidal foam or gel.
