Pregnancy: Plan b is not full proof and has a strict timeline in relation to time of unprotected sex. Pregnancy tests are not 100% accurate and can be negative if tested to early as most detect a hormone in the urine which may have not reached detectable levels if tested before 7-10 days post conception, for most home pregnancy kits. I would suggest retesting to be sure.

Plan B: Plan b may can cause you to delay your period.  You may want to see your obgyn or primary care provider who can do an in depth menstrual history and, if needed, a physical exam to determine if further work-up is needed.  It also depends on how long it has been since you took the plan b. Most likely, your menses will come, but it might be reassuring to you to get your doctor's opinion.

Maybe: Plan B can alter the menstrual for the cycle in which Plan B was taken, and sometimes the next cycle too. One should be sure to check a home pregnancy test about 3 weeks after sex (that's about 21 days after sex), because Plan B works most of the time, but not all the time.

Maybe something else: Nausea/vomiting may be GI-related (food poisoning, peptic disease, gastroparesis, due to biliary &amp; pancreatic disease, gas/bloat syndrome, small bowel problems). Consider "central" causes: motion sickness, vertigo, migraine headache, brain problems (some very serious). Also, rule out infection (? urinary tract), medication side effects, pregnancy, &amp; even reaction to stress. Find &amp; treat cause pls.

Unlikely: If you did not have unprotected sex since the "two day period", it is unlikely that you are pregnant. You may wish to repeat the pregnancy test in a week, if you do not get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Accurate: The pregnancy test is likely accurate. The emergency contraception probably affected your cycle. Continue with the birth control and things should straighten out.

Taking plan B: along with Yasmin will likely cause the bleeding you see.  If you have not missed any of the Yasmin pills, the plan B is not really helpful at reducing your pregnancy risk.  Taking plan B will most always start bleeding when you stop the plan B. Don't stop Yasmin, take it regularly, don't use plan B with Yasmin. Use condoms to decrease infection risk.

Unsure: Stomach feeling hard is non specfic and for sure unrelated to Pregnancy. Taking pill 30 min after is effective in preventing conception.
