Possible increased : Possible aggravation or new problem with fracture, bursitis, tendonitis - all need to be evaluated.

It could: The more severe the slip, and higher the chance of complications.  Growth arrest and having a shorter femur can be a result.  Other problems include avascular necrosis, and hip impingement.

i got a distal femoral osteotomy about three years ago on the inside of my leg when i press against my quad i feel discomfort what is this ?

Hard to say: There are multple potential cause and i would encourage you to be checked.  Sometimes the osteotomy site will develop hypertrophic that may cause what you are describing, sometimes it may be related to the hardware that was placed in your leg to do the osteotomy, or it may be some scar tissue.  Consider being checked.  Thank you for the question.

was both with femoral anteversion. it hasn't correct on my right leg and causes me embarrassment and discomfort. what can be done about it?

Surgery: Femoral anteversion is a rotational abnormality if the hip that causes the person to walk with the foot pointed in.  In an 18 year old the only choices are to live with it or have surgery.  That being said, it would have to be pretty severe to have surgery for because the surgery involves breaking the femur, rotating the femur, and then applying a plate and screws, a very painful procedure.

i got femoral nerve damage from the nerve block given at the time of my acl surgery.. 12 months post op and i still cant lift my leg. will i ever be able to?

Neurology consult: Need to know exact block, what local anesthetic used and concentration. Also should look into how the lev was placed during surgery to see if pressure on the nerve was possible during procedure. 
Most likely will need an EMG to identify nerve affected and when injury occurred.

right leg knee extensor weak. can't lift lower leg 8in. no injury/pain. lumbar mri ok. getting weaker. emg-75% femoral reduction. unknown. what is it?

Complicated: any atrophy? strongly recommend neuro consult to begin with if no trauma and negative MRI LS spine. make sure there are no impinging lesions on the femoral nerve along its path.

slight ache in upper thigh / groin area on my right leg when i lift my leg to my chest by bending my knee. i don't see any bulge or anything but could it be femoral hernia or if not what could it be?

: Femoral or inguinal hernia does not manifest that way. You aching is either from hip girdle muscles or from the hip by itself. Please recall if you did something usual in the previous day which may strain those structure(s). You should feel better next day or so. If pain persists or gets worse in the next 24-48 hours, you can see your doctor then.

Possibilities: Not sure what you mean by your leg getting locked from the femoral vein....  It really sounds as though this could all be coming from your back and not your arteries or veins but there always could be more than one problem causing your symptoms.  Have you seen your doctor about it?
