Keep testing : Most labs are set up so that a few percent of healthies come out a bit high. You are getting worked up for pheochromocytoma, I bet. You will get seem real biochemical tests, and if others are suggestive, imaging.

Sounds normal if....: the upper limits for blood metanephrine and normetanephrine are 0.50nm/l and 0.90nm/l.  Urinary levels are, respectively: Total 24 hr. metanephrine =1.3mg for urine; and total plasma ME+NME is less than 205pg/ml. It sound as though you're within the normal ranges, but depending on the units of measure, which vary from lab to lab and med ctr to med ctr., you may not.  Meet w/ your endocrinologist.

If an adrenal tumor is of concern, a random dhea is unhelpful.  If you have concerns regarding adrenal function or adrenal tumor, please consider consulting with an endocrinologist.

: There are small pituitary tumors that don’t typically cause hormone issues so the hormone levels can still be normal with a small pituitary tumor present. But, the small pituitary tumor would show up on imaging studies, like CT scan or MRI. So, if it is possible for you to have this, you need to get the imaging study done. Good luck to you!
