A lot going on: I wouldn't think the urinary infection is the most likely culprit but you have other issues. Certainly, when a person has migraines, often with nausea, she often does not feel like eating &amp; can lose weight. Weight loss is also a common symptom of untreated depression. Then add a urine infection where you can just feel punk/not eat. You need a thorough evaluation &amp; treatment for all these issues

Diet and exercise: Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

: It is usually the other way around.  When   you gain weight,  you are  more likely to stretch the skin.  Many times, the stretch marks are not clearly seen until you start to lose weight.  The good news is that at your age, after you lose weight and keep it off, the marks slowly improve.  Good luck!

Discuss w your Dr.: Eat healthy high calorie foods. Eat 6 meals/day. Work on strength training to build your large muscle groups. Workout w heavier weights w fewer repetitions. Sleep at least 8 to 9 hrs/night. Hydrate well w water. Foods to help w healthy weight gain: almonds, cashews, pecans, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, walnuts, hummus, avocados, granola, trail mix, dried fruits, extra virgin olive oil ; canola oil.

Drinking more water?: Urinating more is normal only if one is drinking more water, green tea, etc... Drinking water can help with weight loss if it is substituting for other drinks that contain calories. Drinking water before each meal can also fill up the stomach somewhat, and make a person satisfied with a smaller meal. If one is not drinking more, but seems to keep on urinating, a doctor's evaluation should be done.

Complex question.: I can't be specific what in this case w/out details but the basic issue is that calories taken in &amp; absorbed are not matching or exceeding the body's needs. This is known as "catabolism". Sometimes this is due to lack of apetite, lack of GI absorption or hypermetabolic states. When calorie intake is inadequate, the body burns fat stores and breaks down muscle to make fuel (ketones+gluconeogenesis)

Obesity and thyroid: It will be difficult to lose weight until you resolve underlying endocrine issues.  After that it is a matter of eating less than you are burning.  Exercise is wonderful for health, but you can generate more calorie difference by decreasing food.
