Vestibular rehabilit: i think vestibular rehabilitation would help you to come out of this. You need to find physical therapist who is specialized in vestibular rehab. If you are not improving tehn MRI Brain would be helpful or neurology consultation.

: You mean a fish got in your eye somehow? Unless it ruptured your globe or caused a laceration artificial tears should be sufficient.

See eye doc now: One thing is concern is a detached retina especially common among people who are  highly myopic. This is an emergency and you need to call your eye doctor ASAP.

Variable: All ms pts are different, and the course of the illness varies.  You do not indicate whether you are taking disease modifying medication, and would wonder if your meds are controlling the problems.  However, you may have transitioned to a secondary progressive phase which would explain absence of relapses.  Seek out an ms specialist and devise an approach for the future.  Best of luck.

: Could be a variety of things. Lice, mites, ticks or even no see ums can cause crawling sensations, itchiness, and irritated eyelash roots. Best course of action would be to see a Dr in person who can inspect the various areas and identify a cause. That same Dr can also prescribe the appropriate course of treatment with prescription medication.

Dilated: During an anxiety attack, adrenaline is released and can cause dilation of the pupils which makes you look "wide eyed".

Nerve interaction: There are connections between the nasal sensory nerves and the lacrimal glands that produce tears.  Therefore anything that irritates or inflames the nose induces tear production.  That explains the reduced tearing when nasal steroids are used to treat allergy.  The steroids reduce the allergy response and nasal inflammation  with less tearing.  Oral and topical antihistamines will reduce itching.

Very sensitive eyes!: It sounds as if your eyes are very sensitive, I suspect you are fair skinned and light eyed.  A good eye exam by an optometrist or ophthalmologist would be helpful in ruling out any eye disorders that could be causing this.  If the panic attacks continue, therapy could help.
