"balantitis": This is usually caused in a non-circumcised male by a "yeast" variant. Clotrimazole cream may be effective, but circumcision removes the closed space the foreskin creates on the head of the penis for a more permanent "cure".

Allergy: Allergy to glans of the penis and foreskin possible with a lubricant. Do you use a cream to prevent pregnancy or prophylactic these would all be associated with redness and irritation.
