Not likely: Antibody based tests for HCG detection are specific enough to be not affected by antibiotics. If the results of urine test are inconclusive, you should see your doctor for a blood test.

Possible: Without certainty,  but most of the home pregnancy test are pink for positive and blue for negative. If you are pregnant you should see your primary care physician for evaluation and definitive pregnancy test. Your dentist must know if you are pregnant.  As a precautionary measure, dental treatments during the first trimester and second half of the third trimester should be avoided if possible.

i just got a positive on my pregnancy test(clearblue digital), and i'm currently taking antibiotics for a uti i had, i'm left with 3 tablets to finish the course(1 and a half day). should i stop immediately or just continue with the antibiotics?

Safe in pregnancy : Please check the class of safety in first trimester of pregnancy for the antibiotic that you are taking. If class B, you can continue. If class C, then stop and contact your doctor. Have a  safe pregnancy.

Best to call MD soon. If pregnant, infection, even Flu, in early pregnancy should be monitored carefully and if not pregnant peace of mind and good supervision until current illness resolves.

There are no meds : That I am aware of that are known to affect the accuracy of a pregnancy test.  However, if you are being treated for a UTI and pushing fluids, very dilute urine can sometimes impair the sensitivity of the test.
