: The literature seems to have mixed conclusions about whether meds like viagra can raise IOP.  Some studies say yes after continual use after 3 months. Others conclude that any rise is transient. My advice is to have your IOP measured every 3 months if you're a regular user of viagra or cialis.

Glaucoma: Carbidopa/levodopa are contraindicated in narrow angle glaucoma because it may result in acute intraocular pressure rise. In people with open angle glaucoma, intraocular pressure should be monitored carefully.

None known: Since, in most cases, the cause of increased intraocular pressure is unknown, we also do not know any ways to prevent it from rising.  The best course is to follow your ophthalmologist's plan to monitor and manage the pressure.

Intra-ocular pressur: Intra-ocular pressure may be lowered with a low salt diet. Also taking oral diuretics may lower the intra-ocular pressure.

No: This is mild elevation.  I suggest returning to your ophthalmologist to recheck this pressure in six months to a year.

NO: Typically not, the normal range is usaully between 7-21 mm hg.  25 may be normal for some people though and may not cause a problem, glaucoma.  25 may also be artifically elevated due to a thicker than average cornea (which may affect the measuremant of intraocular pressure), this can be a normal variant (thick cornea).

Yes: Succinylcholine does increase intraocular pressures for about 20 minutes after administration.
