Hygiene : One usually does not need to ask the doctor on how to maintain good personal hygiene. But, yes, of course you can safely wash your hair more than once in a week. Washing hair in no way causes or is a cause of early graying of the hair color.

Unlikely: Floaters are generally caused by small opacities in the vitreous gel contained within the eye (like a holiday snow toy). They are often a part of aging or can represent early signs of a retinal tear. Sinus problems usually are noted below or above the eye where the frontal and maxillary sinuses are located. Inflammation here can cause aching.

I feel like doing these tests would prolong your suffering and treatment with antibiotics for at least ten days should be started. In the meantime try over the counter 12 hour sudafed.

Headache.: There are many causes of headaches in young people.  Most of them are minor and can be treated.  See your doctor for evaluation.  You might be having migraines, which are treatable.

I am not sure: What a head bath is, but try an over the counter pain reliever such as naproxyn, ibuprofin or tylenol (acetaminophen).  You may have allergy problems.  Good luck.
