No.: Alcohol shouldn't affect the antibody test for HIV. More importantly it would probably help to consume 5 glasses of wine on the day you go for your results. Just don't drive.

OK: Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) lasts from 6 to 8 hours and the wine you drank shouldn't interact with the last Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) dose. Since Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) is a distant relative of tranquilizers, you shouldn't drink alcohol when Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) is active in your system however.

Yes: It depends on what test you have in mind. Even a small amount of alcohol can alter liver enzyme results.

It can't show abuse: But it may indicate recent or chronic use, depending on which test they use.  Alcohol is completely legal in the US.  They are  more concerned about illegal drug use.

Should be ok: Not sure what "intermittent" means -  how often and for what reason do you take Klonopin (clonazepam). Keep up the caution when taking alcohol with meds. However do check with your prescribing doctor who knows your medical history. Best wishes.

Your brain: Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it.

Alcohol and Lunesta (eszopiclone): together may cause increased CNS depression.  That being said 1 standard 6 oz glass of wine 4 hours ago really should not be a problem but frequent or excessive use together may be problematic.

Probably not: But this depends on when you had the glass of wine relative to when the testing was done and whether you indicated to your potential employer that you usually have this in the evening.  The probability is that your blood will no longer contain alcohol 8 hours after one glass of wine.  You could also forego the wine the night before the test.

Yes and No: Alcohol causes a dramatic rise in triglycerides. You should not drink alcohol for at least 24 hours before having your blood checked for cholesterol levels. 

Studies have shown moderate red wine consumption for 4 weeks is associated with desirable changes in hdl-c ( good cholesterol). Compared with drinking water.
