Great sign!: It's not uncommon for an ef (ejection fraction or how much the heart pumps) to improve. Your's is now pretty much normal but given your history of it being low, it should always be followed closely by a heart doctor.

Not necessarily: If you can pass a nuclear stress test on a treadmill or with certain medications like persantine or dobutamine if you can't perform on a treadmill, you can safely undergo surgery as a rule with certain precautions. Your cardiologist is best qualified to evaluate and advise you,however.

If arrest and no cpr, that may be the limiting organ.
Kidney failure may recover, pneumonia may clear with tracheostomy and antibiotics.
Baseline function is also relevant for recovery.

UNLIKELY: Chest pain can be a symptom of heart disease but may be may other things such as esophageal spasms, great vessel disease, respiratory disorders (asthma, COPD, bronchitis, infections), lung diseases, and muscle problems to name a few.  It really depends on the clinical situation and other symptoms you may be having.  sounds like you should see your doctor and sort this out.

Unlikely: Unlikely. Usually occurs during active use.

: Blood clotting problems of various sorts can occur with COVID, but occur only during active infection, rarely if ever after recovery. And sex is a rare trigger of heart attack or stroke. This should not be a significant concern for you. Try not to worry about it.
